In an interview with Femina, Samantha Ruth Prabhu said, ‘Taking a break from acting was my best decision because there was no way that I could continue working. It is very difficult to handle the situation along with the work stress. I’m really glad I gave myself time to heal. I have been working continuously for 13 years. I started hating myself because I was not feeling good. Because of this I was not able to get motivation, but I have always tried to be a good person. During that time I came to a deeper understanding of my insecurities and self-loathing. After understanding myself, I started improving myself from within.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s pain spills over trolling
‘Eega’ fame actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu further said, ‘Sometimes being an actress, your world becomes very small and limited, there is a group of people saying ‘yes’ around you who usually give you Don’t tell what’s on your mind. Actress Samantha said that now she has been able to differentiate between trolling and criticism. She said, ‘I keep my eyes and ears open to people’s criticism which I think is very important for me as a star and as a human being.’
