Shahid Kapoor said, ‘When I used to smoke, I used to smoke secretly from my daughter (Misha). That’s actually why I left it. One day when I was smoking secretly, I told myself that I can’t do this forever and that’s actually the day I decided to quit smoking.’

The actor was recently seen in ‘Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’. In the film, Shahid plays the role of a scientist who falls in love with his own creation, a robot (played by Kriti Sanon). The film is written and directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah and produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande and Laxman Utekar. Now he will soon be seen in the film ‘Deva’ directed by Roshan Andrews. It will also star Pooja Hegde, Pavail Gulati and Kubbra Sait in important roles. According to IMDb, the story of ‘Deva’ will revolve around a rebellious police officer who uncovers a web of deceit and betrayal while investigating a high-profile case.
