‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’ winner Elvish Yadav has been in the news recently for the wrong reasons. He was arrested by Noida Police for providing snake venom at a rave party. Now news has come to light that Noida Police may soon send a notice to singer Fazilpuriya in this matter. During interrogation, Elvish has mentioned Fazilpuria’s party. Elvish also confessed that he had made the video of the snake in Fazilpuria’s party. The video of Elvish and Fazilpuriya with the snake is currently on the radar of Noida Police. Police are also investigating the connection between Fazilpuriya and snake charmer Rahul.

It is also being told that Elvish also admitted that he had met all the arrested accused including Rahul at different rave parties and was familiar with them. Noida Police has imposed 29 NDPS Act on Elvis Yadav. 29 NDPS Act is imposed when someone is involved in a drug related conspiracy such as drug buying and selling. The accused registered under this Act do not get bail easily. Last year, based on a complaint by the organization People for Animals (PFA), Noida Police had raided a banquet hall located in Sector 51 and arrested five people.

PFA had also named Elvish Yadav in its FIR and accused him of organizing rave parties. It was claimed that they invited foreigners and arranged for poisonous snakes. Let us inform that during the raid, nine poisonous snakes were recovered. Extracting the venom glands of a snake is a punishable offense under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and the culprit can be jailed for seven years. Elvish was also in the news recently for beating up a YouTuber named Sagar Thakur (Maxturn) in Gurugram.
Elvish in 14 days judicial custody
Let us tell you, the court has sent Elvish to judicial custody for 14 days. There was news from the jail authorities that Elvish Yadav’s first night in jail was spent in restlessness and despair. According to Noida Police sources, Elvish Yadav has confessed that he used to order snakes and snake venom for the party. Elvish Yadav has confessed during interrogation that he had met all the arrested accused, including Rahul, in different rave parties and was also an acquaintance.
