Sharing about her spiritual retreat, Shubhangi Atre said, “Going to the outskirts and spending a day at a yoga center brought a unique sense of peace. The ashram serves as a quiet retreat, allowing me to meditate, practice yoga, etc. Got a chance to practice and wander amidst the lush green surroundings of Dhyanalinga. In the evening, there are joyful gatherings, where groups of like-minded people come together for meditation, chanting and discussions.

The ‘Kasturi’ actress said, “It has helped in efficiently nourishing the body and soul, promoting harmonious balance. The spiritual atmosphere and positive energy left a lasting impact on my soul. About exploring Coimbatore, Shubhangi said: “Enjoying the delicious cuisine of Coimbatore was key to my trip. It was a pleasure to experience the different cuisines from the famous South Indian Dosa to local specialties like Kothu Parotta at the local markets. The exploration was a joy, the discovery of traditional silk sarees, handicrafts and spices now serve as cherished souvenirs of my rich journey.”
