Performed Pind Daan after reaching Gaya
Bollywood film star Sanjay Dutt reached the place of salvation i.e. Gaya city of Bihar on Thursday. After reaching there, he performed puja as per Hindu rituals for the peace of his ancestors’ souls. In this sequence, Sanjay Dutt performed Pind Daan for the peace of the souls of his father Sunil Dutt and mother Nargis Dutt in the premises of the holy Vishnupad temple. After reaching there, Sanjay Dutt performed Pind Daan and other rituals in the presence of the local Panda. The film star reached Gaya airport by special flight and from there directly reached Vishnupad temple.
Preparations were already done
Complete arrangements were already made here for Pind Daan and other rituals. Actor Sanjay Dutt, dressed in white kurta-pajama, performed the one-day ritual with full rituals. After the news of his arrival, a large crowd of his supporters was seen. Everyone seemed eager to take a selfie with him. It is noteworthy that during Pitru Paksha, lakhs of people from India and abroad come here to offer Pind Daan for the peace and salvation of the souls of their ancestors.
