New Delhi: Bollywood’s powerful film maker and director Karan Johar is once again in the news due to his famous talk show ‘Koffee with Karan 8’. Bollywood star sisters Kajol and Rani Mukherjee are seen opposite filmmaker Karan Johar in the upcoming episode of the show. In the show, all three together have made many big revelations regarding the famous film ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ released in 1998. Karan Johar has told in the show that actress Rani Mukherjee had worked as a choreographer for Shahrukh Khan and Kajol in the song ‘Koi Mil Gaya’ from the film.
Only Rani had rehearsed the steps
The film stars Shahrukh, Rani and Kajol in the lead roles and is directed by Karan Johar. During a conversation on chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’, host Karan opened up about the shooting of ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’. In the upcoming episode, Kajol and Rani will grace the show. Talking about this, Karan said, “Back in the day, none of us practiced the songs and dance moves properly. There was no such thing as a rehearsal hall. I think Rani was the only one who Rehearsed all the steps.”
Karan praised Rani
Karan said, “Now we are taking this top wide shot of Farah Khan in command, control and this was the signature step of ‘Koi Mil Gaya’. Then suddenly there was a cut and Kajol looked at Rani and said, ‘What are you doing? Are you? You’re doing something wrong.”
Karan further said, “Shah Rukh said that ‘something is wrong’. Stopping from a distance, Farah said loudly, ‘She is the only one who is doing right, you all are talking nonsense.’ Then immediately both Shahrukh and Kajol went to Rani, she became the choreographer to teach them the steps.
