Hemoglobin has reduced in winter so know what to eat, blood starts running in every vein.

Hemoglobin is a protein found in our blood. It plays a very important role because it supplies oxygen to every cell of our body. Carrot is a vegetable which we eat in winter. I often eat it in the form of salad, pudding or vegetable. An element called beta carotene is found in abundance in carrots. This element helps in increasing the amount of hemoglobin in the body. Therefore, by eating carrots we can increase the amount of hemoglobin in our blood. However, one should avoid eating excess carrots during pregnancy.
