What happens when nerves in the brain burst? Know its symptoms and causes

Brain hemorrhage is a fatal and serious condition in which a person can even die. Most people know about brain hemorrhage but they are not aware of what kind of changes occur in the body during this period. In brain hemorrhage, bleeding starts inside the brain. Smoking, drinking too much alcohol or smoking cocaine also increases the risk of brain hemorrhage.

Eclampsia and intraventricular bleeding during pregnancy can also cause brain hemorrhage.

How does brain hemorrhage occur?

There can be many reasons for brain hemorrhage. When the brain does not get the right amount of oxygen, brain cells start dying. In such a situation, body activities start getting affected. Which is called intracranial hemorrhage or cerebral hemorrhage. In such a situation, if there is a lack of oxygen for more than three to four minutes, then the nerves of the brain are badly affected. Due to this, the nerves of the brain are greatly affected.

How to avoid brain hemorrhage

If you want to avoid brain hemorrhage then always keep getting your BP checked. Especially a high BP patient should keep getting his BP checked often. To control high cholesterol, it is very important to keep weight under control. In such a situation, drink less alcohol, take a healthy diet and exercise daily. If you have diabetes then always keep sugar under control.
