brisk walking

In this walk one has to take 100 steps every minute. Brisk walking works to increase the heart rate. Due to this, blood is pumped in the body. Besides, weight also reduces. And also works to tone the body. Brisk walking should be done for at least 20 minutes daily. You will see the difference immediately.

lunge walking

Long steps are taken in this. Lunges are done with the other leg. Just one thing has to be kept in mind that your knees should not go beyond the thumb. Lunge walking works to tone your legs and hips along with strength training. Also it makes it more flexible. Lunges exercise also helps in improving your breathing pattern.
