He has once again reiterated that RJD will not get more than 8 seats in the 2025 Bihar assembly elections. He also retaliated to Tejashwi’s statement in which Tejashwi had said that when Nitish Kumar was with the Mahagathbandhan, JDU people used to call Anant Singh a criminal. Today the CM is meeting him. On which Anant Singh said in his typical style that he himself is a criminal, people do not know how many days his father was in jail. The one who is a criminal himself, calls others criminals.

On Monday, Anant Singh met Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Suddenly Chief Minister Nitish reached Anant Singh’s village Ladma. Meanwhile, they met for some time on the road. After which Nitish Kumar’s convoy left from there. After being released from Beur Jail, Anant Singh went to CM residence on 25 August and met the Chief Minister. Which lasted for about half an hour. Anant had described this meeting as a personal meeting. There is speculation about Anant Singh joining JDU once again. The way he is meeting party president Nitish Kumar and former president cum Union Minister Lalan Singh. He has also contested elections thrice on JDU ticket.
