With the formation of the new government in Delhi, discussions about the cabinet have also started intensifying. The swearing-in ceremony of the new cabinet is likely to take place on Saturday. During this time, speculations are being made about the faces that will be included in the cabinet. It is believed that four ministers of the old cabinet will get a chance again, while among the two ministers, one may be a Dalit and a face from the eastern region.

Apart from Atishi, Gopal Rai, Kailash Gehlot, Imran Hussain and Saurabh Bhardwaj were ministers in the previous Delhi government. These four leaders will once again get ministerial posts and there will be no major reshuffle in their ministries, but discussions are going on to include two new ministers in the cabinet.

Consideration on the names of Sanjeev Jha and Durgesh Pathak

Sources say that Delhi Assembly elections are going to be held in the next three to four months. In such a situation, Aam Aadmi Party can include one Dalit face and another from Purvanchal in the cabinet. They have a large number of voters in Delhi. If sources are to be believed, the names of Burari MLA Sanjeev Jha and Rajendra Nagar MLA Durgesh Pathak are being considered as Purvanchal faces. Sanjeev Jha has been elected MLA from Burari three times and is also playing an important role as the party spokesperson. At the same time, Durgesh Pathak has been continuously playing important responsibilities in the party. He has played an important role in bringing AAP to power in the Municipal Corporation.

There is also discussion about Kuldeep Kumar and Vishesh Ravi

Kuldeep Kumar’s name is at the forefront as a Dalit face in the cabinet. Kuldeep is an MLA from Kondli and was an AAP candidate from East Delhi in the Lok Sabha elections. The second name as a Dalit face is Karol Bagh MLA Vishesh Ravi. It is believed that the senior leaders of the party can decide all the names of the cabinet on Thursday.
