Ingredients of Rice Laddu:

  • 2 cups any rice
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • Dry fruits, as required

Method to make rice laddu:

To make rice laddu, first soak it for two to three hours and then filter the water thoroughly. After this, dry this rice thoroughly in the sun at a clean place. After this, keep the pan on the gas, add rice in it and dry it on low flame. When the rice completely dries and cools down, grind it in the mixer. Now fry the ground rice in a pan with ghee and add sugar to it. After frying, add a little water, so that the shape of laddu can be made easily.
