Ingredients of Aloo Puri
- Wheat flour-1 cup
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 boiled potatoes
- Coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Cumin – 1 teaspoon
- Ajwain- 1/4 tsp
- Oil – for frying puris
- Green Coriander – (finely chopped)
- Salt- as per taste
How to make Aloo Puri
To make Aloo Puri, first of all mix 1 cup of semolina in 1 cup of hot water and mix it well and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Now in this mixture add 2 mashed boiled potatoes, 1 tsp coriander powder, red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp, turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp, cumin – 1 tsp, carom seeds – 1/4 tsp, Add salt to it as per taste. After that add 1 cup wheat flour to it and knead it well. Now make a ball of flour and make it into small puri shapes and filter it in oil. Your masala aloo puri is ready.
