West Indies’ innings was all out after scoring 175 runs in 43.3 overs. While in Australia’s bowling, Josh Hazlewood and Sean Abbott took 3-3 wickets, Will Sutherland took 2 wickets while Aaron Hardy and Adam Zampa took 1-1 wicket.
Achieved 11th consecutive win in ODI
The Australian team, which won the title of ODI World Cup 2023, faced its last defeat in this format in the league stage match against South Africa in that tournament. Since then, the team has won 11 consecutive matches. Australia now has to play the last match of the ODI series against West Indies on 6 February at Canberra ground.
