Hasranga’s big statement regarding umpire
After the end of the third T20 match against Afghanistan, Hasaranga said that this kind of thing should not happen in an international match. It would be better if he did something else. Although Hasaranga did not name Hannibal, he criticized him for non-no-ball calls and urged the ICC to make changes to the playing conditions.
Hasaranga further said in his statement that there was a situation where you could review those calls earlier, but ICC has got rid of it. Our batsmen tried to review it. If the third umpire is able to check a front-foot no-ball, he must also check such a no-ball. There’s no reason why they can’t do that.
