This relates to using ‘language, actions or gestures’ in an international match which are offensive or which may provoke an aggressive reaction from the batsman when he is out.

ICC issued press release

According to a press release from the ICC, one demerit point has been added to Mridha’s disciplinary record for this being the first offense in a 24-month period. The incident occurred in the 44th over of India’s innings, when Mridha aggressively pointed towards the dressing room twice after dismissing the batsman. Mridha has confessed to this crime. The ICC accepted the punishment proposed by Shaid Wadwalla of the International Panel of Match Referees, eliminating the need for a formal hearing of the case.
