India vs England 2nd Test Playing 11: The second test match between India and England will be played on the grounds of Visakhapatnam from 2 February. The Indian team is already trailing 0-1 in the series. Team India had to face defeat by 28 runs in the first match of the series. India lost its last Test series on its soil in 2012 against England. Even after winning the match, there may be many changes in England’s playing eleven for the second test.

These players may get a chance

In the first Test match, England’s openers Jack Crowley and Ben Duckett had made a good start, but they could not convert their excellent start into a big innings. But both these players may get another chance in the second test match. Ollie Pope may get a chance at number three. Pope had single-handedly won the match for England in the first Test match. He played an innings of 196 runs and proved to be the biggest match winner for England. The course of the match was changed in one of his innings.

Middle order can remain like this

Joe Root can land at number four. Along with excellent batting, Root also bowls brilliantly. He proves to be effective on Indian pitches. In the first Test match, he did not score many runs with his bat, but he took five wickets with good bowling. Jonny Bairstow may get a chance at number five. Captain Ben Stokes can play at number six. Stokes had scored 70 runs in the first innings against India. Ben Fox may get the responsibility of wicketkeeper.

There may be changes in bowling

Young spinner Tom Hartley, who made his debut in the first Test match, had a strong performance against England. He took 7 wickets in the second innings against India. No Indian batsman could stand before him. In such a situation, it seems certain that he will play. Rehan Ahmed and Jack Leach may get a chance to support him. Mark Wood could not take any wicket in the first test match. In such a situation, he can be dropped from the playing eleven. Shoaib Bashir can be included in his place. England coach Brendon McCullum has already said that if the conditions are favorable for the spinners then the England team can go with all the spinners.

England’s probable playing 11 for the second test match:

Ben Stokes (captain), Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, Ollie Pope, Joe Root, Jonny Bairstow, Ben Fox, Tom Hartley, Rehan Ahmed, Jack Leach and Shoaib Bashir.
