However, India’s Rahul Dravid decided to remain mum on Kohli’s availability for the remaining matches of the England series, saying the selectors are better equipped to answer that question.

However, later his brother Vikas clarified this matter on social media. On Saturday, during a discussion on his YouTube channel, De Villiers revealed that Kohli is currently with Anushka as the two are expecting their second child. He also praised his former Royal Challengers Bangalore teammate for putting his family first.
Rahul Dravid kept Virat Kohli’s suspense intact!
This big revelation immediately raised questions whether Kohli would make himself available for the three Test matches against England. However, after the Visakhapatnam Test, Dravid gave such an answer to this question, which increased the suspense further. He said, “I think it is best to ask the selectors. I am sure they are the best people to give the answer before the team selection for the next three Tests. I am sure the selection will be done in the next few days. . We’ll join them and find out.” India will get a break of 10 days before the third match starting from February 15 in Rajkot. The BCCI selectors are likely to hold talks with Kohli before announcing the squad for the final three matches.
