What is the meaning of trade in IPL?
Trade of players in IPL means that a player goes to another team. That means one team gives one of its players to the other team and the second team gives its player to the first team. When does IPL trade window open?
The trade window keeps opening and closing as per the rules of IPL. When the IPL season ends, one month after that, teams can trade players if they wish. It remains open until a week before the auction for the next season. But when one week is left for the auction date, it stops. After the auction, the trade window opens again. In this again players can be moved from here to there. But it stops again just a month before the start of the IPL season.

Now there is not much time left in IPL, so it is clear that now no player can change his team. The player will play with the team he is in.
