Pakistan vs England Test Series: A three-Test series is to be held between Pakistan and England in October. Pakistan has to play all three matches at home. The Pakistani team has not been able to perform well at home for some time now. Recently they had to lose the series against Bangladesh 2-0. Now the Pakistan Cricket Board has changed the schedule for the Test series against England and has also given a big reason for this.

Construction work going on in Karachi stadium

The Champions Trophy 2025 is to be held on Pakistani soil and Pakistan is making every effort for this. The PCB has sent the draft schedule of the Champions Trophy to the ICC, but it has not been made official yet. But according to the schedule sent by the PCB, the matches of the Champions Trophy are to be held in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi. For this reason, construction work is going on at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi.

The second test match will be held in Multan

The second match of the Test series between England and Pakistan was scheduled to be held in Karachi. But now it has been shifted to Multan, which will be played between 15 to 19 October. Multan will host two Test matches, including the first Test, which will be played from 7 to 11 October. The third Test will be held in Rawalpindi from 24 to 28 October as per the scheduled schedule.

The England cricket team will arrive in Multan on October 2 to play the Test series. PCB Director Usman Wahala said that despite minor adjustments, we are committed to supporting the fans and ensuring a memorable tour. We are looking forward to a highly exciting Test series and showcasing Pakistan’s famous hospitality. The PCB is thrilled to welcome the England men’s cricket team to Pakistan.
