Regarding this, BCB’s senior doctor Debashish Chaudhary said that Shakib is suffering from extrafoveal central serous chorioretinopathy (CSR) of the left eye.

BCB’s senior doctor Debashish Choudhary in his statement gave further information about extrafoveal central serous chorioretinopathy, which is a condition that affects the retina and leads to visual disturbances. In Shakib’s case, the medical team taking care of his problem is currently hopeful about his better treatment. Facing problems while batting
