IPL 2024 Auction List: Once again players from all over the world are going to win silver in the IPL auction. Crores worth of bids will be made on each player. There will be some players on whom a bet of up to Rs 8-10 crore will be placed. But it is not that whichever player’s name is called, he will definitely become a millionaire. There will be many players on whom no one will bid. In such a situation, their wishes will be dashed. Let us tell you and explain how many players there will be on whom you will not be able to bet.

This time a total of 333 players will be auctioned.

A total of more than 1100 players had registered for the auction of the next season of IPL, but now in the list released by the IPL, the names of only 333 players have appeared. The list of names of all these players along with their base prices has been released by IPL. But the difficulty is that even though 333 players have come, if we talk about all the ten teams, they will be able to buy a maximum of 77 players. This is the maximum number, it is possible that even less players may be sold. Even if all the teams complete their squads, there will still be 256 players left who will go unsold.

KKR will have to buy the most players

If we talk about this time’s auction, the team which has the highest number of buyers is Kolkata Knight Riders. The team still has 12 slots left, out of which they can buy four foreign players. Whereas Delhi Capitals will have to buy nine players. Gujarat Titans, Mumbai Indians, Punjab Kings and Rajasthan Royals have only eight slots left. CSK, LSG, RCB and Sunrisers Hyderabad have 6 slots left. That means these will be the teams that will raise their hands the least number of times when players’ names are called.

This time the total amount has increased to Rs 100 crore.

BCCI’s rule is that any IPL team can buy a minimum of 18 players in the auction and can have a maximum of 25 players in its fold. The purse amount for this is also fixed. This time the total amount has been increased to Rs 100 crore. Earlier when the auction was held, this amount was Rs 95 crore. Now the amount visible in the purse of all the teams is what is left from the released players and it has been increased by Rs 5 crore. The remaining amount of all the teams is also different. Meanwhile, when the bidding for the players will start on December 19 at around 2.30 pm, the excitement for 333 players from all over the world will have increased. It remains to be seen which player is bought at the most expensive price.
