Babar Azam vs Mitchell Starc: The second match of the Test series between India and South Africa started on January 3. On the same day, the third Test between Australia and Pakistan also started. While the Indian team’s match ended on the very next day, the Pakistan match is still going on and the third innings is being played. Australia has maintained a strong hold in the match, but Pakistani players are also trying their best. Meanwhile, on the third day of the match, there was an altercation on the field between Australian pacer Mitchell Starc and former Pakistan captain Babar Azam. The spectators were surprised to see all this during the match itself. Now the video of this entire matter is going viral on social media.

Babar Azam and Mitchell Starc came face to face

Today is the third day of the match between Australia and Pakistan. The viral video is from the time when former Pakistan captain Babar Azam was batting. The Pakistani team had lost two wickets for seven runs and Babar Azam had just come to bat. A ball from Mitchell Starc was slightly outside the stump, which Babar Azam allowed to go to the wicketkeeper. After this, when Babar Azam looked towards Mitchell Starc, both were seen saying something to each other. From the facial expressions it seemed that things were not going well. But yes, it cannot be said with certainty whether some abusive words have been used or not. After this, Mitchell Starc’s over ended and he took his cap from the umpire and went to fielding and the matter ended. However, it is not clear what words were exchanged and why all this happened.

Pakistani team is in danger of defeat

Talking about the match, after this whole episode, Babar Azam batted well and scored runs for some time, but he was not successful in playing big innings. Babar Azam faced 52 balls and was out after scoring 23 runs. He hit only one four in his innings. He was caught out by Travis Head at the hands of keeper Alex Carey. Babar Azam has not been able to bat as per his talent in even a single match of the entire series. Pakistan team has lost seven wickets for 68 runs in its second innings. On the basis of first innings, Pakistan currently has an overall lead of 82 runs. Whatever runs the remaining three batsmen score, the Australian team will again come out to bat to chase the runs. It remains to be seen how many runs the Pakistani team can score against Australia. Pakistan has lost the first two matches of the series and is in danger of being swept in the series.
