Islamabad: The troubles of former Pakistan PM Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi have increased. Let us tell you that the court of Pakistan has convicted jailed former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in a corruption case of 190 million pounds.
It is noteworthy that Imran Khan is currently in jail in other cases. He has already been convicted in 2 corruption cases. Because of this he was disqualified from participating in politics for 10 years.
Imran and his wife have already been punished
Earlier, the court had sentenced Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi to 7 years in jail. Both were found guilty of violating Islamic rules during the Nikah. The court had given this decision on a petition filed by Bushra Bibi’s first husband Khawar Maneka.
Bushra’s first husband had made serious allegations
In fact, Maneka had alleged that Imran and Bushra did not follow the mandatory condition between two marriages – Iddat (a gap of some period before the second marriage) as per Islamic rules.
Maneka had also alleged that Bushra and Imran had an adulterous relationship before marriage. In this case, a fine of Rs 5 lakh was also imposed on Imran and his wife.
