CGBSE To Make Helpdesk: Chhattisgarh Board has taken steps in the interest of students. The board will soon create a helpdesk which will provide solutions to the queries of students, parents and teachers. If they have any problem then they can call this number and share their problem and also get its solution. The basic objective of this helpdesk is to reduce all kinds of stress related to board exams of students. Not only this, this desk will also help the parents as to how they can support their child during this period.

The helpline number issued by Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education is – 18002334363. Students can share their problems by calling this number. Everything from educational assistant to psychological assistance will be available here.
what is the timing
This helpline number can be called between 11 am to 5 pm. Keep in mind that do not call on holidays and Sundays. This facility will not be available on these days. Through this helpdesk, psychiatrists, psychologists, educational motivators, subject experts and board officials will be available for help. They will help teachers, students and parents.
Timing will be as per the subjects
Subject experts are also included in the helpdesk of Chhattisgarh Board. If you want to get information about a particular topic, then note down its time. Expert subs of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accountancy, English and Maths will be available from 11 am to 3.30 pm. Whereas psychiatrist, psychologist and educational counselor will be available between 2 to 5 pm. These will be available from 22nd to 28th February.
Exams will be held on these dates
Let us tell you that Chhattisgarh Board 10th examinations will be held from March 2 and will continue till March 21, 2024. Whereas class 12th exams will be conducted between March 1 to March 23, 2024. Board officials will be available from 29th February to 22nd March. The helpdesk will start in a few days.
