He completed his graduation from Shri Ram College for Commerce, Delhi University in the year 2013. In the year 2015, he completed his PG studies. After completing his studies, he started preparing for the UPSC exam. In the year 2016, Gandharva Rathore passed the UPSC exam in the second attempt. He had secured 93rd rank in this exam.
how to prepare
She had missed UPSC by two to three marks in her first attempt. But in the next attempt he worked hard with all his heart and also achieved success. He did not even take the help of coaching to crack the exam. But he had obtained notes from coaching and book stores. After which he started preparations. IAS Gandharva Rathore told that she used to spend a lot of her time preparing for the main examination.

Gandharva Rathore tells that she first prepared for Mains and then Prelims exam. She advises the candidates to focus on presentation skills, communication skills etc. Candidates must follow their hobbies.
