In response to this, PM Modi gave his example and said how good sleep lays the foundation of a productive life. Good sleep is very important in student life also. If children do not sleep properly, do not eat properly and do not play or jump, then the desired results in studies will not be achieved.

Talking about this, PM Modi said that when he lies down on the bed, he goes into deep sleep within 30 seconds. Neither do they toss and turn nor do they wait for sleep to come. In this way, when they are awake, they are completely awake and when they sleep, they are completely asleep. Neither do they sleep rough nor keep tossing and turning at night.
Why is such sleep necessary?
The PM told the children that good health is necessary for studies. For this there should be many rules in life. This includes many things like eating healthy, nutritious food, sleeping properly, playing etc. To study properly, it is important that sleep is also good. Focusing on deep sleep, he said that it is not important to just sleep, it is important to sleep properly. Therefore, do not waste time in watching relays with your phone at night and sleep well as much as you can.
He also quipped that children should not go home and tell their parents that they will sleep because sleeping is necessary to do well in studies. He laid emphasis on regular exercise, good food and rest for studies.
