Notification was issued by the Staff Selection Commission for the posts of 26146 constables for different paramilitary forces in 2023, the exam date of which has been declared by the Staff Selection Commission. This notification was released on 24 November 2023 in PDF format. Actually, the Constable GD Recruitment Examination is going to be organized by the Staff Selection Commission from 20th February which will be held for 14 days. The examination will be conducted in total 13 languages.
These will be the dates
Constable Recruitment Examination will be conducted by the Staff Selection Commission on 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 February and 1, 5, 6, 7, 11 and 12 March continuously. The Union Home Ministry has given this information that preparations have been made by the Commission for conducting the examination.
Examination will be conducted in these languages
Apart from Hindi and English, 13 languages are mentioned in the notification issued by Staff Selection Commission SSC. The examination will be conducted in Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu languages.
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) had recruited 26146 posts of General Duty Constable in BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, AR and SSF forces.
This is how the selection will be done
First of all there will be a written examination which will be computer based. A total of 80 questions will be asked in this. After passing the examination, candidates will be called for physical efficiency and PST. There will be document verification and medical test of the candidates passing this. Then a merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination on the basis of which selection will be made.
This will be the physical ability
Length for men 170 cm.
Height for female candidates 157 cms
Chest of male candidates should be 80 cm and expanded chest should be 85 cm.
