This time the registration process for admission will start from January 1, which will continue till February 29. At the same time, entrance examination will be conducted at various examination centers between 16th and 22nd March.
Joint Entrance Examination Council has released the dates for the entrance exam. According to which, the application process for admission in government, aided and private polytechnic institutions will be organized from March 16 at various centers in the state. At the same time, 20 percent seats will be reserved for female candidates in the entrance examination. 12th pass candidates and ITI pass students will be able to take admission directly through lateral entry.
This much application fee will have to be paid
To apply for the examination, candidates have to pay the application fee. General and backward class candidates will have to pay Rs 300, Scheduled Caste and Tribe candidates will have to pay Rs 200 as entry fee.

Technical Education Council Secretary Ajit Kumar Mishra said that instructions have been given to all the colleges to provide the details of newly admitted students to the department by December 16. On December 16, the institutions have been given the last opportunity to give the details of newly admitted students in Diploma Engineering and Pharmacy courses for the session 2023-24. Details of the institution will be provided by logging into the council’s website bteup.ac.in. At the same time, last week itself the department has given permission to two pharmacy institutes of Lucknow for admission in this session. Counseling is not happening right now.
