Rajasthan Schools Winter Vacation: In view of the weather, Rajasthan Board has declared holiday in schools from class 1 to 8. This order has been issued by the Board of Secondary Education, Ajmer. Under this, schools from classes one to eight have been closed till January 13, 2024. At present this order has come only for students of classes one to eight. Rest of the classes i.e. big classes will continue to operate as before. All schools have to follow this decision.

Let us tell you that in view of the severe cold, the order came yesterday i.e. on 4th January to close the schools of Jaipur. All the schools here have been closed till January 13. While passing the order, the DM here had said that till the next order comes, the schools of Jaipur will be closed till January 13. The board has given information in this regard through Twitter i.e.

According to media reports, Jaipur has emerged as the coldest place in Rajasthan so far. Recently the mercury here had reached 5.7. In such a situation, it was necessary to close the school keeping in mind the health of the children. Not only this, according to the Meteorological Department, there is also a possibility of rain here between January 7 and 9, 2024. In view of this, schools have been closed.
