Troubled by the continuously appearing objectionable letters, Jacqueline has demanded from the court to give instructions to the jail authority and the police so that Sukesh Chandrashekhar cannot send any kind of letters. Also, he could not send any messages. He has also been asked to stop issuing such statements. Now a report will be sought regarding the action taken by the jail authority in this matter. The next hearing will be on January 17. This entire case is going on in Patiala House Court of Delhi.
