Actress Ada Sharma, who won the hearts of the entire nation last year with ‘The Kerala Story’, is all set to play the role of a scary bar dancer in the second season of ‘Sunflower’. He spoke openly about his ‘scary’ role. Produced by Vikas Bahl and directed by Naveen Gujral, the show stars Sunil Grover in the lead role. Along with him, Ashish Vidyarthi, Ranveer Shorey, Mukul Chaddha and Girish Kulkarni are also in lead roles.
Ada Sharma may have a negative role
Adding an exciting twist to the story, the second season introduces Ada as a bar dancer, and her entry promises to add a new dynamic to the show. Talking about her role Rosie, Adah said, “I don’t know if I’m allowed to reveal anything about my character’s profession yet. It might give away the mystery. But, I’m playing a character like this.” “Playing someone who is evil, yet lovable, she is also scary. To prepare for the role, I also watched a lot of documentaries on serial killers and psychopaths.”
Rosie will be strange, scary and evil
The actress said, “This role will definitely be very different from Shalini. I am very fortunate that producers are looking at me in different roles.” She further added, “As an actress, I read the character of ‘Rosie’ and I was very excited that Vikas Bahl and Chaitali have written a character for a girl who is strange, scary and evil.”

He further added, “To bring my role to life, I learned about psychopathic serial killers and individuals with multiple personality disorders. I also underwent physical training as a laborer to learn how to break walls with a hammer.” The show is a crime comedy and revolves around a middle-class housing society named ‘Sunflower’ in Mumbai. ‘Sunflower 2’ will premiere soon on ZEE5.
