Then both of them started dating each other. After this, one day Raj proposed Shilpa for marriage in front of everyone by wearing a 5 carat diamond ring. Then both of them got married on November 22, 2009. After marriage, there were many ups and downs in their lives but both were always seen standing with each other. Today this couple is happily married. Both have a son and a daughter.
