Zeenat Aman had written this entire story in detail on her social media wall. He said, “This is the story of the time when I remember Mr. Bachchan was late on the set.” Without revealing the name of the film, year, director or producer, Zeenat Aman said, “We had a morning shift that day, and I traveled to the set with the producer of the film. As always, I had my script in my hand. And when we reached the studio, I practiced my lines. As soon as I got to the set, I went straight to my makeup room, and asked to send a message to the crew once Mr. Bachchan was ready for the shot.”

Further, Zeenat wrote that after an hour, an assistant director knocked at the door and told that Amitabh Bachchan had come and he went straight to the set in his car. He wrote, “Our roll time came and went, but there was no sign of Mr. Bachchan. 30 minutes passed, then 45 minutes, a full hour passed and there was a knock at the door. An AD informed me that Mr. Bachchan He has come… and he will go straight to the set in his car! I immediately jumped up and went downstairs. As soon as I stepped on the set the director started hurling abuses at me! He was a complete disaster and he felt That I’m the one who has stopped the entire shooting.”

Zeenat Aman further said, “The cast and crew stood stunned and silent while this director was shouting at me. I couldn’t say anything and tears of anger welled up in my eyes. I looked at the director, turned around, She went straight back to her make-up room and told her team to pack.”
However, Amitabh Bachchan apologized on behalf of the director and convinced him to resume shooting. Zeenat Aman said, “As soon as he zipped up my makeup kit, the lovely producer arrived at my door, followed by Mr Bachchan.” The producer had said, “Kids, I know it’s my fault. That man is a fool and drunk. Let it go and let’s get to work.” Of course I accepted Mr. Bachchan’s apology, but I was still troubled by the slander I had caused.”
She further added, “I was in no mood to work after that humiliation. When I finally calmed down and was ready to come back to the set, the director fell at my feet and apologized to me. It was all drama. , Although I completed the film, I never worked with that director again.”
