Drinking less water in winter can cause serious illness, drink so many glasses of water throughout the day.

You might have noticed that you don’t feel like drinking water in the cold. Due to which many types of side effects start appearing on the body. Irrespective of the weather, if your body does not get as much water as it needs, then many serious diseases can occur in the body. The body itself does the work of keeping the body hydrated. At the same time, water also does the work of removing dirt. Due to drinking less water, the body can become victim of many diseases. It starts with dehydration. Its clear meaning is lack of water in the body.

Has bad effect on kidneys

Lack of water has a bad effect on the kidneys. Kidneys need plenty of water. When there is lack of water in the body, there is more pressure on the kidneys. Due to this, there may be a complaint of urinary track infection or irritation in the track.
