If you have back pain, do not take it lightly, there may be a risk of heart attack. How to know?

Heart Attack: The risk of conditions like heart attack is increasing rapidly these days. Due to urbanization, changing lifestyle and bad eating habits, heart diseases are becoming common even among people between the age of 30 to 40. In some cases, it is increasingly being seen that people are suddenly having back pain. If you suddenly start having severe back pain without any reason, then it should not be taken lightly. Especially if along with pain, difficulty in breathing, chest pressure or pain is felt, then one should immediately contact the doctor. This may be a sign of heart attack, stroke or other serious conditions. Life can be saved by starting treatment in time.

Don’t take back pain lightly
Heart attack is a serious condition in which blood flow in the arteries of the heart suddenly stops. This can happen due to blockage in the arteries or blood clots. When sufficient blood does not reach the heart, other parts of the body also become deficient in oxygen and nutrients. Because of this, during a heart attack, severe pain can suddenly start in any part of the body like back, arm, stomach or neck. Such pain is usually quite severe and should not be taken lightly. If something like this happens, contact the doctor immediately.

Other symptoms of heart attack

  1. Chest pain or pressure: Complaints of heaviness, burning or pain in the chest are the most common symptoms of heart attack.
  2. Difficulty breathing: Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath.
  3. Sweating: Sudden sweating or feeling cold.
  4. Dizziness: Suddenly feeling dizzy and lightheaded without any reason.
  5. Loss of appetite: Unnatural loss of appetite.
  6. Vomiting and nausea: Vomiting and nausea may occur without any reason.
  7. Back pain: Sudden pain in the lower back sometimes indicates a heart attack.
  8. Any of these symptoms can be a sign of a heart attack, so be careful and consult a doctor immediately.
