1. Eat only whole grains

2. Take healthy fats

3. Reduce sugar and refined carbs

Protein is beneficial for the growth of the child. You can include lean protein foods like chicken, fish, beans, lentils and tofu in your diet. Fatty fish like salmon and tuna provide Omega-3, which is considered good for brain development.
