Anti-oxidants, fiber, Vitamin C and Vitamin B are found in abundance in apples. Which is very good for your eyes. But if you eat more than 1-2 apples a day, it can prove to be very harmful for your body.
Disadvantages of eating too many apples
Obesity-If you eat more apples than required, it can prove to be very harmful for your health. Due to this, weight also starts increasing and one can become victim of obesity. The amount of sugar in it is very high, hence it can also increase calories. Fat also increases.
Digestion
Apple contains plenty of fiber. If you eat too much of it, gas starts forming in the gastrointestinal system. Due to which there may be problem of stomach ache and cramps.
Blood Sugar
Eating too many apples increases the sugar level in the blood. Due to which a lot of harm can be caused to the body. Apples contain abundant amounts of carbohydrates, fiber and other nutrients. The body gets a lot of energy from carbohydrates.
Teeth
The acid present in apple causes a lot of damage to the teeth. Therefore eating apples in excess can be harmful.
