Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog Pose)

To do this, get on the ground on your hands and knees, then lift your body into an inverted ‘V’ shape by straightening your legs and pressing your hands firmly into the ground. Leave the head loose and keep your eyes towards the feet. This asana gives strength and flexibility to the body, reduces stress, and calms the mind. This strengthens the back, shoulders, arms and legs and also improves the digestive system. This asana increases blood circulation towards the head, which nourishes the hair follicles. 

Vajrasana (Diamond Pose)
To do Vajrasana, sit on your knees, bend your legs backward and rest your weight on your heels. Keep your waist straight and keep your hands comfortably on your thighs. This keeps hair healthy, reduces hair fall and promotes new hair growth. 

Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend)
To do Uttanasana, stand with your feet together and while exhaling, bend your body forward from the waist, placing your hands on the ground or your Keep it near the feet. This asana increases blood circulation towards the head and face, which provides more nutrition to the hair follicles and strengthens the hair roots. It reduces stress and helps prevent hair fall, making hair healthy and thick.

Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand)
Sarvangasana, also known as shoulder stand, is a yoga asana which is very beneficial for hair. To do this, lying on your back, lift your waist with the help of hands and lift your legs upwards and keep the body weight on the shoulders. This asana promotes blood circulation, especially in the scalp, which reduces the problem of hair fall and makes the hair strong and thick. Its regular practice is beneficial for hair health. 

Balasan (Child’s Pose)
Balasan or Child’s Pose is a simple yoga asana to relieve stress and fatigue. To do this, sit on your knees, then slowly bend forward keeping your chest on your thighs and rest your forehead on the ground. Either keep your hands on the sides of the body or extend them forward. This asana improves blood circulation in the head and neck area, which helps prevent hair fall and improve hair health.
