15 people associated with PFI and SDPI found guilty in BJP leader’s murder case.
Kochi: The court’s decision has come in the murder case of BJP leader in Kerala in the year 2021. The court has found 15 SDPI members guilty in this murder case. The punishment for these culprits has not been announced yet. It is believed that on Monday the court will announce the punishment of all the culprits. In this case, there are 8 accused who have been found directly linked to the murder, while 7 accused have been found guilty under other charges including conspiracy to commit murder. Let us tell you that BJP leader Ranjit was murdered in his own house in front of the eyes of his mother, wife and daughter.
All guilty PFI and SDPI members
Actually, 15 members of PFI and SDPI have been found guilty in the murder case of BJP leader Ranjit Srinivas. Mavelikara Additional District Sessions Court-I has pronounced the verdict in this sensational case of murder of BJP leader. The order regarding punishment is expected to come on Monday. All the 15 accused are members of the banned organization PFI and its political wing SDPI. While hearing the case, the court found that eight accused were directly involved in this political murder. Others have been found guilty of other charges including conspiracy to murder.
The culprits took revenge for the murder
Let us tell you that BJP leader Ranjit Srinivas was a lawyer by profession. Ranjit was murdered on 19 December 2021 in his house in Vellakinar, Alappuzha, in front of his mother, wife and younger daughter. Regarding this matter, the police say that SDPI people have carried out this to avenge the murder of State Secretary KS Shan before the murder of Ranjit. Ranjit’s murder was a retaliatory action by SDPI people. Now the decision on how many years of punishment will be given to the culprits by the court will also be taken on Monday.
