Aam Aadmi Party’s national convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal presided over the meeting of the party’s National Executive and 12th National Council on Sunday. Party officials from across the country participated in both the meetings held through virtual medium. Delhi CM Kejriwal claimed in the meeting that Aam Aadmi Party has got unprecedented success in the last 12 years. The party has done that work which other parties could not do even in 75 years. Kejriwal said that for the first time in the country, people got a real alternative to these parties and people started liking the politics of work.
Leaders who are in jail are heroes – Kejriwal
Kejriwal said on Sunday that AAP has made a very impressive foray into national politics in just 10 years. For the first time in the country, opposition parties have been forced to talk on school-hospital issues. Now these people have even stolen our word “Guarantee” and our manifesto. Now these people have also started saying “Modi’s guarantee” and “Congress’s guarantee”. These people gave guarantees to the public, but no one fulfilled them because their intentions are not good, whereas we are fulfilling all our guarantees. During this, he also said that our five leaders who are in jail are our heroes and we are very proud of them. If you talk about giving good education to children and providing free treatment to the poor, you will have to go to jail and we have to be ready for this.

Putting an end to all speculations, Arvind Kejriwal has made it clear that Aam Aadmi Party is part of the India alliance in the Lok Sabha elections. Kejriwal said that we have to contest elections well on whatever seats we get in seat sharing and we will make every effort to win all those seats. In states where Aam Aadmi Party is not contesting the Lok Sabha elections, party volunteers from those states will come and help where it will contest the elections. He said that after Lok Sabha, Haryana Assembly election is the biggest election for us. Aam Aadmi Party will contest the Haryana Assembly elections with the intention of forming the government and we will put all our strength into it.
