Gopal Rai called
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Delhi unit convenor Gopal Rai called for nationwide protests against the BJP after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) arrested Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday. Rai said Kejriwal’s arrest is a ‘murder of democracy’ and a ‘declaration of dictatorship’. Officials said that ED arrested Kejriwal on Thursday night in a money laundering case related to excise policy and took him to its headquarters. Delhi government minister Gopal Rai said, “I appeal to the countrymen to protest outside Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) offices across the country against this dictatorship.” We will gather at the Aam Aadmi Party office tomorrow at 10 am and then protest outside the BJP headquarters.
