Badaun: Sensation spread over the incident of double murder on Tuesday, in which a man running a barber shop living in the neighborhood entered his neighbor’s house and killed three brothers – 12-year-old Ayush and 8-year-old Ahaan alias Honey. And attacked 10 year old Yuvraj with a knife. Ayush and Ahaan died in the attack. After this incident, police killed Sajid in an encounter. Now there will be a magisterial inquiry into Sajid’s encounter.
The DM has given instructions to provide the investigation report within 15 days. Sajid was killed in a police encounter and his brother Javed is still absconding. Four police teams are searching for Sajid’s brother Javed. According to the FIR lodged in the case, Sajid brutally murdered two children of his neighborhood in Badaun. He knew the family and had gone to the hospital to ask for money to pay for the treatment of his pregnant wife.
IG gave information about the encounter
Bareilly Range IG RK Singh told PTI on Wednesday that the accused Sajid (22) was killed in an encounter with the police, hours after the murder. Recently, a man who opened a barber shop in the area entered the house and attacked three brothers – 12-year-old Ayush, 8-year-old Ahaan alias Honey and 10-year-old Yuvraj – with a knife. Ayush and Ahaan died in the attack, while Yuvraj was taken to the hospital.
The father of the deceased children gave this information
According to the FIR lodged after the complaint of the deceased’s father Vinod Kumar, the accused Sajid and his brother Javed had reached their house around 7 pm on Tuesday evening. The FIR in the case reads, “Sajid told my wife Sangeeta that he needed Rs 5,000, which was necessary for the delivery of his wife. When my wife went inside to take money, Sajid went to the terrace of the house and after some time Javed also reached the terrace and called my two sons, 12-year-old Ayush and 8-year-old Ahaan alias Honey, to the terrace. The accused attacked the minors with a sharp knife. When the mother of both the boys came down, she saw that the clothes of the accused were drenched in blood.
The father of the deceased children further said, “When my wife came out with the money, she saw Sajid and Javed coming down with knives. Seeing my wife, he said, ‘I have done my work today’ and tried to run away from the spot.”
The reason for the murder has not been revealed yet
The father of the deceased children is a private contractor and was out of the district at the time of the incident. Apart from his wife Sangeeta, his mother was present at home. Police have not yet clarified why Sajid killed the children and where is Javed. Police have registered a case of murder (under IPC section 302 IPC) against both Javed and Sajid in the FIR. Considering that the matter is related to people of different communities, heavy police force has been deployed in the area.
