India is developing rapidly: President
President Draupadi Murmu said that despite serious crises in the world, India is developing rapidly. My government has brought many important bills. These laws are strong initiatives for the achievement of a developed India. The criminal justice system has now become history.
He said that 25 crore Indians have come out of the poverty line. The government has made strict laws against triple talaq. India has become the first country to hoist the flag on the South Pole of the Moon and the success of the G20 has strengthened India’s role in the entire world.
Said this regarding Nari Shakti Vandan Act, Ram Temple and job
The President said that the construction of Ram temple was awaited for years but now it has been completed. When the President mentioned Ram Mandir, there was a lot of applause in the House. Many senior leaders including PM Modi and Shah also thumped the table.
During this, the President also mentioned the Nari Shakti Vandan Act. He said that my government has given government jobs to lakhs of youth. Nari Shakti Act will increase participation of women in Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha.
Mention of Startup, GST, Asian Games, 5G, RTI and Article 370.
The President said that apprehensions on Article 370 have become history. India has won more than 100 medals in the Asian Games. The number of people filing RTI has increased. Earlier it was 3.25 crores, which has now increased to more than 8 crores.
Apart from this, India has become the first country to roll out 5G. The President said that today there are more than one lakh startups and one crore 40 lakh people are paying GST.
Talk of Make in India, Digital India, One Country-One Tax Law and Banks
The President talked about Make in India, Digital India, one country-one tax law and banks. He said that one country, one tax law has come and the banking system has been strengthened. FDI has doubled compared to before. The NPA of banks has reduced to 4 percent.
Said this on ease of doing business, participation of private companies in defense sectors
He said that participation of private companies in defense sectors has increased. We are exporting toys. Ease of doing business has improved. Doing business has become easier and the reason for that is Digital India.
He also said that other countries are also providing transaction facilities through UPA today. 2 crore fake beneficiaries have been out of the system.
President told 4 pillars of developed India
The President has mentioned 4 pillars of developed India. He has said that the grand building of developed India can stand on 4 pillars. These 4 pillars are youth power, women power, farmer power and poor class.
Talked about inflation, growth rate, DigiLocker, praised the economic policy of the government.
The President has highly praised the economic policy of the government. He said that the country’s growth rate in the second quarter was 7.5 percent. Inflation has remained under control and its burden on people has not increased.
Talk of infrastructure, railways and Rs 34 lakh crore
The President said that Rs 34 lakh crore has been deposited directly into the accounts of the beneficiaries by the government. In India, 46 percent of the world’s transactions are digital. It takes very little time to get clearance from the forest department. It takes just 75 days. He said that there has been record investment in infrastructure and new dimensions have also been touched in Railways.
Ujjwala, talk of ration, Ayushman and tap water scheme for the poor
The President said the government spent Rs 2.5 lakh crore on the Ujjwala scheme and Rs 20 lakh crore to provide cheap ration to the poor. Apart from this, he is getting free treatment under Ayushman Yojana. He said that 11 crore houses were connected to the tap water scheme for the first time.
Talk about transgenders law, Vibrant Village Program and Backward Classes Commission
He said that a law has been made to provide transgenders a respectable place in the society and to protect their rights. Reservation facility has also been given to the poor belonging to general category.
He said that Vibrant Village Program has been started for the development of villages. Backward Classes Commission has got constitutional status. The spread of the disease has stopped due to the construction of 11 crore toilets and stopping of open defecation.
Namo Drone Didi Scheme, talk of farmers and Jammu and Kashmir
The President said that 15 thousand drones are being provided to the groups under NaMo Drone Didi Scheme. Apart from this, till now Rs 2 lakh 80 thousand crores have been given to the farmers under PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi.
Regarding Jammu and Kashmir, the President said that there is now an environment of security there. Today there is no silence there but instead there is hustle and bustle of the crowd. The incidents of separatism have also decreased in the North-East.
