Mallikarjun Kharge said this in the meeting
GS, in-charges, PCC presidents participated in the Congress party meeting held today. In this regard, National President of Congress Party Mallikarjun Kharge said that I welcome all the general secretaries, in-charges, PCC presidents and CLP leaders who came to the important meeting. Happy New Year to all of you. He said that the agenda of this meeting is to ensure victory in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and to prepare in detail for the Bharatiya Nyaya Yatra. The success of both is important for us. Therefore, we all have to spend a lot of time in this period and discuss.

Kharge said, ‘In the fourth meeting of the opposition alliance in Delhi on December 19, 2023, seat-sharing, EVMs and all important issues were discussed. Our National Alliance Committee is in discussion with the state units to negotiate seat-sharing. We have to jointly hold 8-10 big public meetings across the country. Our CWC meeting was held on 21st December. Our ‘Hai Ready Hum’ rally on the 139th Foundation Day of Congress in Nagpur on 28th December was very spectacular. Mallikarjun Kharge said that now I would like to make special mention with respect of the services rendered by Sonia Gandhi during her 25 years as Congress President.
Congress’s preparations for Lok Sabha elections
He said that in our Bengaluru Congress session in March 2001, the resolution to remove the NDA alliance from power was taken under his leadership. Work was done wholeheartedly continuously in every state and in 2004, under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi, UPA defeated NDA. Our government lasted for 10 years. Then our workers from every village and city stood up. Today the time has come that the party will have to be taken forward by working with the same dedication, hard work and dedication. He said that many important works have been done to strengthen the party organization before the 2024 elections. ‘Donate For Desh’ crowd funding campaign has also been launched. The responsibilities of general secretaries and in-charges have been decided. A manifesto committee has also been formed, which is working.
