New Delhi: The list of four candidates for the Rajya Sabha elections has been released by the Congress Party. Sonia Gandhi’s name is also in this list as the party candidate from Rajasthan. Sonia Gandhi is also going to file nomination for Rajya Sabha in Jaipur today.
Apart from Sonia Gandhi, names of Dr. Akhilesh Prasad Singh, Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Chandrakant Handore are also included in the latest list released by Congress. Dr. Akhilesh Prasad Singh has been given Rajya Sabha ticket from Bihar. Whereas Abhishek Manu Singhvi has been declared the Rajya Sabha candidate from Himachal by the Congress Party. Chandrakant Handore has got the ticket from Maharashtra. Last time Chandrakant Handore had got ticket in the Legislative Council but he lost the election.
