Rabri Devi summoned in land for job scam case
New Delhi: Amidst the political turmoil in Bihar, Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi has given a big decision. The court has issued summons to former Bihar CM Rabri Devi, daughters Misa Bharti, Hema Yadav and other accused in the job-for-land scam case. The court has given this order taking cognizance of the ED charge sheet.
Along with this, the court also issued a production warrant for businessman Amit Katyal, who is currently in judicial custody in the case. Passing the order, Special Judge Vishal Gogane said, there are sufficient grounds to take cognizance. The court has fixed February 9, 2024 for the court appearance of the accused persons.
RJD leadership is restless- JDU MLC
Earlier, JDU MLC Neeraj Kumar said that the RJD leadership is restless. These two lakh 15 thousand teachers were reinstated under the leadership of Nitish Kumar. RJD people could not earn from this. It has been the habit of these people to take land in exchange for job, but this time it did not happen. He said that these people are making false allegations. These people should control this, otherwise it will not be good in politics.
Lalu Yadav will take all decisions of RJD
Along with this, Lalu Yadav has been authorized to take all the decisions in the RJD Legislative Party meeting held in Patna. After the meeting, Rajya Sabha MP Manoj Jha said that the meeting of the legislature was very meaningful. He said that all issues were discussed in this meeting. It included state and national issues. Along with this, National President Lalu Yadav has been authorized to take all future decisions. Manoj Jha said that all decisions will be taken by Lalu Yadav only.
