Delhi-NCR becomes gas chamber

Delhi NCR Air Pollution: On one hand, the cold is increasing in Delhi-NCR. On the other hand, there is a decline in air quality. The air quality index i.e. AQI in Delhi remains at 398. According to the data released by Safar, AQI in Anand Vihar on Saturday was 340, AQI in Dwarka Sector 8 was 403, which is in severe category. At the same time, AQI at IGI Airport (T3) is 350 and at Mundka, AQI is 397. Whereas AQI 384 has been recorded in Sector 51 of Gurugram, 339 AQI has been recorded in Terigram area.

AQI 398 in Faridabad, AQI 353 in Sector 11, Faridabad, AQI 312 in Loni, Ghaziabad, 239 in Sanjay Nagar, AQI 298 in Vasundhara, AQI 125 in Noida Sector 125, AQI 281 in Noida Sector 62, Knowledge Park 3 in Greater Noida. AQI 220 has been recorded. Let us tell you that AQI 404 was recorded in Delhi on Friday. On Friday, AQI was recorded above 400 in different areas of Delhi like Dwarka. AQI was recorded at 447 in Anand Vihar, 465 in RK Puram, 467 in IGI Airport area and 490 in Dwarka. The air quality in Noida and Greater Noida also remained in the ‘very poor’ category.

What was the level of air pollution on Friday?

According to the data released by CPCB, 352 AQI was recorded in Noida Sector 125, 314 in Knowledge Park 3. Whereas AQI 444 was recorded in Gurugram Sector 51, Haryana. Let us tell you that AQI was recorded in Delhi at 419 on Thursday, 401 on Wednesday, 397 on Tuesday, 358 on Monday and AQI 218 on Sunday. At present, AQI was recorded at 376 in Ghaziabad, 363 in Gurugram, 340 in Greater Noida, 355 in Noida and 424 in Faridabad. Let us tell you that due to rain in Delhi, there was a decline in AQI. But once again air pollution has started increasing.
