Dense fog in many states including UP-Bihar, know how the weather will be in your area today – India TV Hindi

Rain will continue in eastern India today

Weather Update Today: Dense fog remained prevalent in many states of North India this morning also. According to the Meteorological Department, 50 meter visibility was recorded in Bahraich-25, Lucknow-50, Gorakhpur-200, Jhansi-500, Patna and Gaya. Apart from this, 500 meter visibility was recorded in Purnia-200, Churu-50, Vijayawada-50, Gwalior and Bhopal-200, Amritsar-500, Delhi’s Palam-200 and Safdarjung. The Meteorological Department said that very dense fog was seen in different parts of eastern Uttar Pradesh. Dense fog was seen in different parts of Bihar, West Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh. Moderate fog is being seen in isolated parts of Delhi, West Madhya Pradesh and Punjab.

Lowest temperature recorded in Amritsar

The Meteorological Department said that during the last 24 hours, the minimum temperature in most places in the northern plains and some places in Madhya Pradesh remained between 10-14 °C. Today the lowest minimum temperature of 4.2 degrees Celsius was recorded in Amritsar (Punjab).

How will the weather be in Delhi?

Strong winds lashed Delhi on Monday morning and the minimum temperature was recorded at 12.4 degrees Celsius, three degrees above normal. The Meteorological Department has predicted the day to be cloudy and the maximum temperature will be 22 degrees Celsius.

According to the Meteorological Department, rainy season may continue in North-West and adjoining Central and Eastern India even today. Normal life has been affected due to snowfall and rain in Himachal Pradesh and vehicular movement has been closed on 645 roads including four national highways. The local weather office has predicted dry weather in the state for the next six days.

It is very cold here

On the other hand, cold continues in Punjab and Haryana on Tuesday and the minimum temperature in Amritsar was recorded at 4.2 degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, there was fog at many places in Punjab. According to the department, temperatures in Ludhiana and Patiala were recorded at 9.6 and 11.5 degrees Celsius respectively. Whereas 7.3 degree Celsius was recorded in Pathankot, 6.6 in Bathinda and 5.5 degree Celsius in Faridkot.
