According to a news published in The Hindu, AIADMK has received Rs 6.5 crore as election donations through electoral bonds. Most of this donation has been given by the Chennai Super Kings Group company. The company has given Rs 5 crore to AIADMK through electoral bonds. Most of this election donation has come from the director of Chennai Super Kings Cricket Limited i.e. India Cement Limited. According to the information, Chennai Super Kings Cricket Limited had given funding of Rs 5 crore to AIADMK between April 2-4 in the year 2019.
